These terms apply to your use of specialartbooks.com (the "Site"), run by CAPITAL S.R.L., Italy, VAT number IT03051320301, under the Special Art Books brand ("we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these terms.

1. What the Site is

The Site shows the books we publish, with information, previews, free printables and articles. We don't sell books on this Site and we don't take orders or payments here.

2. Buying our books

Our books are sold by Amazon and by other retailers. Links such as "See price on Amazon" take you to their websites. Prices, availability, delivery, returns and customer service are handled by the retailer, under its own terms. Book details on the Site (formats, pages, ages) are given in good faith and may change.

3. Affiliate links

As an Amazon Associate, Special Art Books earns from qualifying purchases. Some links to Amazon are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking them, we may receive a small commission. It doesn't change the price you pay.

4. Our content

Texts, illustrations, covers, interior pages, logos and the Special Art Books brand belong to CAPITAL S.R.L. or to its authors, illustrators and licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, publish, sell or adapt them without our written permission, except as allowed by law or by section 5.

5. Free printables

Free printables are offered for personal, family and classroom use only, not for commercial use. You may print them as many times as you need for that use. You may not resell them, share the files online or present them as your own.

6. Using the Site

Please use the Site lawfully. Don't try to break its security, collect data from it automatically, or send messages that are unlawful, offensive or spam.

7. Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as Amazon, bookshops and social networks. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

8. Liability

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or online. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and you can bring a claim in your local courts. For everyone else, the courts of Udine, Italy, have jurisdiction.
